Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

Your order is overweight due to a large number of items or contains custom-made order products. For overweighted orders or shorten the waiting time, Theigt may split the order and ship it out in several packages.

Why I paid 4-6 business days for Express shipping on my order and still have not received the package?

Please note that the delivery time includes the processing time + shipping time, and for every made-to-order product, Theigt make a description of the processing time.

The express shipping fee of $25 is for paying the faster delivery via DHL or FedEx instead of the other standard shipping.

When can I receive the package?

Processing time differs from product to product. Some in-stock items can be shipped out within 48 hours, while advanced custom orders may take 3-4 weeks. What should I do if the package was stolen/lost?

Theigt are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.

Based on the outcome of the claim, Theigt may or may not be able to replace your order.

What is the procedure for Return/Exchange?

At theigt, your satisfaction is always guaranteed! That is why Theigt allow exchange and size/color exchange!

This a gentle reminder that our warehouse is based in the US, and Theigt are not liable for any return packages that may cause Custom duty and tax.

Returns without a theigt Return Merchandise Authorisation will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

Exchange is limited to 1 time for the same item.
Special orders (Customized Pieces and made-to-order items, free gifts, and solid gold items are not eligible for exchange.
* Although some areas enjoy free shipping fees, Theigt actually bear the freight for each order ($15-$30), so once the exchange is made, you will need to pay the reshipping fee for resending the new replacement.
The return postage will be at your own cost and we are not liable for any return packages that may become lost in transit.
How do I know the status of my return/exchange?

- Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact support@theigt.com. Theigt will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. Re-routing packages to alternate addresses are not possible once in transit. If you would like your package held for collection, please contact us.
