Tracking an Order

You will receive an email with a tracking code for your use in tracking the whereabouts of your package. You may return some item(s) within 60 days from when the order was placed.

5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

1. How to place an order?

Select your favorite collection then click product details

Select your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING CART' button on the product page.

Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'MY CART' at the right top of the page.

Click on 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.

2. How to track orders?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by My Orders.

3. Do you have any physical stores?

Unfortunately, FANCI.ME is an e-commerce retailer only, FANCI.ME does not have any physical locations.

4. Do you offer ring sizing or engraving?

The standard size for rings on our site is a 7, but FANCI.ME does have other sizes available on select pieces which will then appear in a drop-down selector. If you do not find the size you need and would like the ring sized to fit, FANCI.ME recommends you consult your local jeweler for resizing options. You can also have a ring guard placed inside of the band to secure it in place. FANCI.ME does not offer engraving options.

5. Once I register on your site will I be able to view my order history?

Once you are registered on our site you will be able to view current orders as well as previous ones.

6. Will I pay sales tax on my order?

For all products purchased at FANCI.ME, customers do not need to pay sales tax for the order. All order prices are included in sales tax.

7. What is your returns or exchanges policy? 

FANCI.ME handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. FANCI.ME stands behind our goods and services and wants customers to be satisfied with them! One-off exchange or return is accepted with the original receipt within 60 days of receiving the package. Items must be presented in new condition with original packaging and must not have been worn.

FANCI.ME's earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons.

The shipping fees and the related costs of the returned and exchanged products shall be responsible by customers except for faulty items on arrival.

Products will be exchanged or refunded after we examined your returned product(s) with product defects. Please note that the whole return process may take up to 4 weeks.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

8. How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

9. How can I get my refunds?

FANCI.ME will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for the purchase

I've had a great experience purchasing from this website. The piece of jewelry I purchased was perhaps a bit more expensive than the average pieces on this website, and I was initially a bit skeptical. Nowhere else carries that piece so I decided to give it a try. I then had good communciation with the customer service agent, enjoyed fast delivery, and more importantly, the piece of the jewelry itself is quite nice. I absolutely love the airplane necklace. It’s exactly what I was looking for and worth the wait. Quickly after placing the order I received a phone call and follow up email stating that the only piece they had left did not meet quality assurance.
