Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CouponReals. By using the site you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be skipped — the important parts are that we do not sell anything, and that an offer published here is information rather than a promise.

What this site is

CouponReals is an information service. We publish coupon codes, deals and articles about them. We are not a shop. We hold no stock, take no payments, ship nothing, and are not a party to anything you buy after leaving this site.

Offers, prices and availability

Every code, discount value, price and expiry date here is a snapshot from the moment we published or last checked it. Terms change without notice, campaigns are withdrawn early, and some offers are limited to particular countries, products or first-time customers. The retailer's own page is always the authoritative source, and where the two disagree, theirs is correct and ours is out of date.

We describe an offer as verified when it was tested and worked at the time of testing. That is a record of a check, not a guarantee that it will work for your basket.

Your purchase is with the retailer

Anything you buy is a contract between you and that retailer, under their terms. Payment, delivery, warranty, cancellation, returns and refunds are theirs to handle and outside our control. If something goes wrong with an order, the retailer's customer service is the only party that can resolve it.

Affiliate relationships

Many links here are affiliate links: if you buy after following one, the retailer may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. This is set out in full, including what a commission does not buy, in our Disclosure Policy.

How you may use the site

Browse it, use the codes, share a link with a friend. What we ask you not to do:

• Harvest the offer database by automated means — scraping, crawling for bulk extraction, or republishing our listings as your own.
• Interfere with the site: probing for vulnerabilities, overloading it, or trying to reach parts of it that are not public.
• Submit anything unlawful, misleading or infringing, if and when we offer a way to submit content.
• Misrepresent your relationship with us, or use our name in a way that suggests we endorse you.

We may restrict access where any of this is happening. In almost every case that means blocking a script, not a person.

Content and trademarks

The text, structure and design of this site belong to us. Retailer names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here to identify the store an offer belongs to — nothing more, and no endorsement is implied in either direction. Quoting a short extract with a link back is fine; copying pages wholesale is not.

Links to other sites

The site links out constantly, by design. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular offer will still work when you get to the checkout.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site — including a code that failed, a price that had changed, or an offer that ended early. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer against the retailer you bought from.

Changes

We update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of the page is the date of the most recent version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country you live in.
