Founded by João Pedro Vasconcelos and established in 2009, our store was created to provide an immense experience to all those that visit us, both online and in-store. Since the beginning, our main intent has always been to make shopping for your new and favorite brands a unique aesthetic journey.

Pierre Debusschere, Katrina del Mar, Mustafa Sabbagh, Bruce LaBruce, Patrick Church, Predrag Pajdic, Sam Scott Schiavo, Dayana Lucas, Veit Stratmann and Miguel Palma are all artists whose works have been displayed and granted to our visitors.

Wrong Weather offer express shipping on all orders. For orders placed until 2PM GMT from Monday to Saturday, Wrong Weather offer same day shipment.
Please note that during sale season, shipping might take slightly longer than usual.
Shipping costs may vary depending on product category, number of items ordered and of course, your location. Shipping costs are shown at checkout upon choosing the corresponding country from the dropdown menu.
FREE SHIPPING
Depending on your location, Wrong Weather offer Free Shipping for orders above the thresholds listed below. Please note that our Free Express Delivery/Free Returns policy does not apply to items on sale. Orders with containing multiple footwear items are also not eligible for Free Shipping.
Exceptionally, some non-sale items may be excluded from Free Delivery/Free Returns - in this event there will be a notification on their product page, next to the product picture.
US and Canada: 1 to 2 days – Free express shipping and free returns on all orders over 240$ USD
DDP - Delivery Duty Paid Shipping (US only)
Wrong Weather ships to the US destinations on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis.
This means that all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.
DDP shipping is only applicable on SS22 collections and not available for previous collections.
Europe: 1 to 2 days – Free express shipping and free returns on all orders over 150€ EUR
UK: 1 to 2 days – Free express shipping and free returns on all orders over £135 GBP - We are currently not accepting orders below £135 GBP (UK only)
Asia and Rest of the World: 2 to 3 days - Free express shipping on all orders over 240$ USD / ¥35.000 JPY
Portugal: 24 hours - Free express shipping and free returns on all orders over 50€ EUR. In-Store collection is also available. At check out please select the Click & Collect option.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can return the items you purchased within 14 business days from the date of arrival.
Please note that our Free Returns policy does not apply to items on sale/discount or when promo codes are applied.
Exceptionally, some non-sale items will be excluded from free returns, these exceptions will be identified on the website next to the product description.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded on orders without free shipping or free return.
The returned items must be unused, all tags must be in place and the original packaging must be returned in mint condition. Wrong Weather will not process refunds for damaged or worn products.
Wrong Weather do not exchange products. Wrong Weather are happy to accept your return through our returns process and you will be able to re-order at your convenience.
Wrong Weather only guarantee free returns if you follow the instructions below.
RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
Tell Wrong Weather you want to return an item:
Send an e-mail to customerservice@wrongweather.net:
Write "Return + <Your Order Number> + <Your name> " on the subject line.
Tell Wrong Weather the reason why you're returning your order.
The Wrong Weather Customer Service Team will confirm if you are entitled to a free return and tell you how to schedule a pick up or drop off for your item(s) using our contracted courier, DHL.
REFUNDS
As soon as we receive your returned items, our team will assess their condition and will process the refund immediately. We will not process refunds for damaged or worn products.
The refund will be issued to the payment method you used originally. Please note that when processing refunds through Paypal, additional fees may apply.
