All items are included in free returns, with a free return shipping label, when you choose to get refunded to store credit. If you’d like a refund to your original payment method (credit card, etc.) you’ll be refunded minus the return shipping cost.
A return must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Woodpeckers Crafts will not be able to accept returns once the return window has passed.
As soon as your return arrives back at Woodpeckers Crafts facility, and Woodpeckers Crafts can verify that all the items are there, you’ll receive your store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, depending on which refund method you choose.
Unfortunately, Woodpeckers Crafts can’t offer returns on international (outside the USA) orders.

Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free for orders $75.00 and above. Shipping for Baltic birch plywood is free for orders of $100.00 and above. Due to the unique size of our 60” and 72” dowels, we are not able to offer free shipping on orders containing these items.
International Shipping
If you’re an international customer (outside the USA) you’ll automatically be directed to our international checkout page. Shipping charges will be based on weight. You’ll also be given your exact duty fees, which will be paid upfront. Absolutely zero surprise charges!
Shipping Charges
Orders $1.00-$35.00 have a shipping charge of $6.99.
Orders $35.00-$75.00 have a shipping charge of $10.99.
Due to our industry-low prices on Baltic birch plywood sheets, all orders under $100.00 that contain plywood have a flat shipping rate of $10.99.
Due to the unique size of our 60” and 72” dowels, we are unable to offer free shipping on these items. Shipping charges are live rates dependent on carrier pricing, weight, and dimensions of your dowel purchase.

What if my item is marked as delivered (Stolen)?

I came here because I needed it quickly, unfortunately, the standard shipping was the same cost as the item.
I needed the item to mimic a carnival ball toss on an archer range. The Boy Scouts get bored of shooting at regular archery targets in about two hours. I made a small target shelf, then stacked 6 in a pyramid. The shooter has up to 5 arrows to knock them all down.
They held up well to multiple hits by low-powered target tips. Well worked well until I loaded the bottom three with wires when a scout challenged a leader.
