The Panama hat is a finely woven hat made out of toquilla palms on Ecuador’s Pacific coast. The finer the weave, the finer the hat. A hat that is considered to be of Ultrafino grade contains at least 600 weaves per square inch and takes about 6 months to make. When the company was started in 2003 the first hat ever sold was an Ultrafino grade Panama Hat. The name Ultrafino had a certain feeling of excitement, uniqueness, and quality. You may return for exchange or refund your item(s) in its original condition with the invoice, original tags within 30 days of your purchase date; otherwise a restocking fee of 20% may apply.
Ultrafino will refund 100% of the item purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. The Buyer shall be responsible for ALL shipping and Handling (to and from) and any insurance costs - These costs are NOT refundable. In the case of an exchange for better hat size, shipping for the new item will be FREE of charge!
Please note that if you have received free shipping through any coupon codes or other means, this amount will be deducted from your refund only in the case of a return.
Ultrafino do not accept returns of merchandise in orders above the $500 or over 3 pieces equivalent to $500. It is not our responsibility if the merchandise was not used or needed.
Embroidered, custom orders, or Montecristi Collection products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Approved Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, Ultrafino will send you an email to notify you that Ultrafino have received your returned item and the status of your refund. Funds for approved refunds are typically processed within 7 days.
In-Store Return & Exchange Policy
Purchases made in-store are only eligible for exchange. Ultrafino are happy to exchange the item for another item of equal price if the item is returned in brand new, unused, and resellable condition within 30 days of purchase.
Gifts
If you received the item as a gift and do not have the original method of payment, you'll receive store credit for the value of your return.

Very happy with this one! I needed a good hat for the cool fall/winter weather. I'm hard to fit as a 7 1/2, and the fit's perfect. Got the black one and dressed it up with a gray hatband (for contrast - the included black hatband would've been fine, too) and a nice feather. Durable and well-made, very happy to add this one to the collection and I find myself reaching for it every time I go out now!
