The Panama hat is a finely woven hat made out of toquilla palms on Ecuador’s Pacific coast. The finer the weave, the finer the hat. You may return for exchange or refund your item(s) in its original condition with the invoice, original tags within 30 days of your purchase date; otherwise a restocking fee of 20% may apply.

Ultrafino will refund 100% of the item purchase price. Shipping fees are not refundable. The Buyer shall be responsible for ALL shipping and Handling (to and from) and any insurance costs - These costs are NOT refundable. In the case of an exchange for better hat size, shipping for the new item will be FREE of charge! 

Please note that if you have received free shipping through any coupon codes or other means, this amount will be deducted from your refund only in the case of a return. 

Ultrafino do not accept returns of merchandise in orders above the $500 or over 3 pieces equivalent to $500. It is not our responsibility if the merchandise was not used or needed.

Approved Returns

In-Store Return & Exchange Policy
