Return Procedure
If you purchased your Silk’n from Home Skinovations Inc. and you would like to return it, follow these simple steps:
North American and Canadian Residents:
- Contact Silk’n Customer Service at 1-877-367-4556 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- A return confirmation email will be sent to you followed by a return shipping label.
- Safely package all components/products that was included in original order in a shipping box and affix shipping label to box.
- Once product is received by Silk’n refund will be issued within 5-10 business days
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from total refund.
Foreign Residents:
- Contact Silk’n Customer Service at 1-877-367-4556 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- A return confirmation email will be sent to you with Return Authorization Number.
- Safely package all components/products that was included in original order in a shipping box and arrange shipping with an international shipper. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and duty charges.
- Once product is received by Silk’n refund will be issued within 5-10 business days
- Any charges incurred will be deducted from total refund.
Home Skinovations Inc. cannot accept returns for products purchased at 3rd party retailers. If you purchased your Silk’n from anywhere other than Home Skinovations Inc. you must contact the retailer directly for their return policy.
A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Your returned product must have a Home Skinovations Inc. Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization will be returned to sender. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a 20% handling charge will be charged.

- Any orders under the value of $69.00 (before tax) will incur a $14.95 standard shipping and handling charge.
- Eligibility varies by location of item, availability, and the shipping address zip/postal code.
- In-stock orders will usually be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Orders received on Saturday-Sunday, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day and shipped with in 1-2 business days.
- All standard shipments will usually be delivered between 7-10 business days.
- Expedited shipments are usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
- On acceptance of orders, Silk’n will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame.
- Silk’n will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events.
- To ensure the security of purchases, Silk’n may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays.
- Transit time may vary depending on proximity to distribution center and inventory availability.
