Refund policy
Production Music Live offers 2 types of digital products:
1) Online Courses
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your course, contact us in the first 2 weeks after purchase (unless otherwise stated on the product page) - due to the digital download nature of the optional sound packs, we can only refund the course part. No refund on bulk / bundle orders. One refund per person. If you wish to request store credit or a return please contact us via email, including your order number and any relevant information.
2) Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital downloads we can offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.
If you have any issues with a product get in touch within 14 days and let us know.
By completing a purchase you agree that the issue of a refund will be made at the sole discretion of the PML Staff and that all decisions made by the PML Staff are final.
We are happy to issue store credit or a refund if your product is proven to be defective or not as described.
Unfortunately unless our download system has not registered a download – i.e. you have not attempted a download by clicking on the download link issued to you, we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind, please read the product description and software requirements carefully - each product page provides you with the precise information of required software you need to have installed on your system.
2.1) We can’t offer a refund if:
You cannot use the product due to hardware or software limitations – i.e. you do not own the compatible synthesizer for the product.
You no longer need the purchased product.
You have changed your mind
We do not make any guarantees for product use with cracked or illegally downloaded software.

Unless otherwise stated on the product pages, a refund is eligible for 14 days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email).
We strongly advise checking what software and/or hardware is required to use the products and what are the minimum hardware requirements to use the software.
