In 2012, GEOMETRICAL set out to create the most practical phone accessory on the market, the Pocket Tripod. Radmard and his team unwaveringly believed in the product’s potential and stopped at nothing to bring it to life. In 2013, first version was launched on Kickstarter.

By 2016, the company successfully raised over US$460,000 through Kickstarter and Indiegogo with over 15,000 backers to make its vision a reality.

Since we overshot our 2016 funding goal, we had the freedom to make the best version of the Pocket Tripod we could. We call it the Pocket Tripod PRO and it's packed with remarkable features that add value and improve user experience.

For example the legs have real carbon fiber skelletons embedded in the parts to give it rigidity. Also the 14 universal Adapters sizes all have soft touch contact points made of TPU for a secure grip. So it works with virtually any phone or case.

All orders are shipped from the United States. International (Non-US) orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT) which are not assessed until the shipment enters the destination country. See the INTERNATIONAL VAT & CUSTOMS section below for details.

Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. You must enter a street address before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.

RETURNS

If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon our receipt of the merchandise. Shipping carriers will assist you in recovering your taxes and duties for a fee. Please contact shipping carriers directly to initiate this service.
Your privacy is important to us. We strive to exceed your expectations for privacy. Cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers. U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Return Policy (Customers with US addresses)

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Pocket Tripod store:

You have 30 calendar days to initiate a return request for an item from the date you received it.

Only items that have been purchased directly from the Pocket Tripod online store (www.pocket-tripod.com) can be returned to us. Pocket Tripod products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.

Once Pocket Tripod receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Products purchased from the Pocket Tripod Store using a Gift Card will be refunded to you as a Pocket Tripod Store Gift Card by email within 3 business days.

Non-U.S. Returns & Refunds PolicyStandard Return Policy (Customers with Non-US addresses)

If you have purchased an item from the Pocket Tripod store, and live outside the United States, we can still process a return, refund, or exchange. The process is the same as with U.S. Customers, with the exception that the cost of returning the item to Geometrical will be paid by the customer. If you are able to find a shipping rate back to the U.S. at an affordable cost, we recommend that you use this service.
