4. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
Padmate try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes Padmate products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
5. What do I need to do when package lost or stolen?
Please confirm the shipping address on your order. Check all doors, mailboxes, and/or ask your front desk attendant(s). If you're still unable to locate your package after 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification, please contact Padmate Customer Happiness Team at service@padmate.cn
6. Why is my shipping fee more expensive compared to others?
Shipping fees depend on your shipping address. If the shipping address is a remote area, the shipping fee may be higher than usual.
7. What can I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
If your shipment arrives damaged, please reach out to Padmate customer support at service@padmate.cn within 24 hours, so we can rectify the situation for you. Padmate will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the problem.

Padmate Return & Exchange
About Return & Exchange
After you receive your items, during 30 days, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Padmate cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
Furthermore, and due to health and hygiene reasons, you have no right to return in-ear products if such product’s packaging has been opened, meaning that the packaging seals are broken.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Padmate. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, Padmate will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s payment method. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.

Padmate Refund policy
Returns
Padmate policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Padmate can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Padmate also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, Padmate will send you an email to notify you that Padmate have received your returned item. Padmate will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, Padmate will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
