Padmate try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes Padmate products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Padmate Return & Exchange

About Return & Exchange
After you receive your items, during 30 days, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Padmate cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

Furthermore, and due to health and hygiene reasons, you have no right to return in-ear products if such product’s packaging has been opened, meaning that the packaging seals are broken.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Padmate. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. However, Padmate will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s payment method. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.

Padmate Refund policy

Returns
Padmate policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately Padmate can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Padmate also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Gifts

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, Padmate will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
