Most in-stock orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) following order placement unless otherwise stated in the products shipping description. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing time. Our warehouse is based in the state of Ohio, United States and ships Monday through Friday. 
Orders received after 2 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders will begin processing on the following Monday, excluding federal holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)

Old Row offer free standard shipping for all orders over $95 within the United States. Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard domestic UPSMI shipping takes 5-8 business days for delivery on domestic orders. Packages are always transferred from UPS to USPS for final mile delivery. After receiving the package USPS delivers within 3-5 days on average. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and to military base APO/FPO will take additional time. 
Please note, a small number of items in our store ship directly from the vendor regardless of any other items in the order. Items that ship directly from a supplier are noted in the shipping product descriptions, and in your confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA)

Once your order leaves our warehouse, standard UPSMI international shipping typically can range anywhere from 10-14 business days. Additional tracking is not available on international packages once transferred to local Canadian postal carriers for final delivery. It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed an additional 5-10 business days due to long customs processing / inspections / clearance times. 
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the price of the products or shipping with our store. Although duties are not all always incurred, assessment of the duties and taxes will be based on the value of the goods imported. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; Barstool Sports has no control over these charges, nor can Barstool Sports predict what they may be.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Old Row Store does not currently offer any expedited shipping options. While Old Row aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that Old Row cannot accommodate any requests for expedited shipping. Standard processing times on all orders is 3-6 business days.

PRE-SALE ITEMS

Occasionally Old Row will accept pre-sale and back-orders on certain items and during special events. If you have selected an item that is on pre-sale or back-ordered, the estimated ship date is visible in the product description on our website. 
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-sale items, the entire order will not ship until all of the pre-sale items have arrived at our warehouse, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you need something more immediately, please drop us a line.

Old Row RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return or exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item(s) is in the original condition and unused. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing. Exchange shipping for different colors or sizes is complimentary within the US.
Old Row do not provide complimentary returns or exchanges for those outside of the US. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Barstool Sports

DOMESTIC (U.S.)

Exchanges
There is no charge for domestic exchanges or returns to store credit. Old Row offer free shipping (both ways) so you can shop with confidence. You will be able to review items that are eligible for return and make size exchanges based on available inventory. 
Once Old Row receive your item, Old Row will inspect the return and process the exchange. Old Row return center does not hold inventory on an open exchange request so Old Row always recommend sending back the exchanged item sooner than later to ensure you get the correct size.
Returns
If you elect to make a return for refund, the cost of return shipping is $7.50 for any number of items and will be deducted automatically from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose to accept a store gift card instead of the refund.
Once Old Row receive your item, Old Row will inspect the return and refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment or issue the store credit to your email on file. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days of us receiving your items.

INTERNATIONAL (CANADA)

Old Row currently do not offer international exchanges, but Old Row're happy to take back for a return for a refund. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you will need to place a new order for the correct size and return the size that didn’t work out for a refund.
International orders cannot be returned using our returns center. You will have to ship the item back at your own expense and ensure the package is sent with a trackable service. Customs duty and fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, but thankfully not very often. For the fastest resolution, please send Old Row a photo showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item and the order number. A request for replacement needs to be made within seven (7) days of receiving the purchase.
