If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, MakerMade offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on products delivered to a United States address, minus a 20% restocking and payment processing fee. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will have a 10% order cancellation fee applied.

Payment processing fees can not be refunded (not to exceed 20% of purchase price). MakerMade also accept returns on unopened and unused accessories within 30 days.
