DHL: DHL is the sole courier option to Israel during this time. Shipping price via DHL is calculated at checkout. Please note, orders to Israel via DHL may experience increased shipping times.
Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. Shipping quotes begin when the package leaves the warehouse.
Orders placed after 2pm AEST Monday through Thursday will begin processing the following day.
Orders placed after noon AEST Friday and on the weekend will begin processing starting on the following Monday, unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will begin processing on Tuesday.

Undelivered items
For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of Life Cykel control (eg address changes, inability to receive the order and other causes), Life Cykel will refund the full value of the order minus the shipping costs and a $10 admin/processing fee. In some cases Life Cykel also need to charge a return shipping fee. These charges are $10 for domestic and $30 for international shipping. In cases where the order needs to be sent again, Life Cykel also charge a $10 admin/processing fee and the cost of reshipping the order. Thanks for understanding the complicated world of shipping and the cost of doing business within it.
Life Cykel Refund policy
Returns
Life Cykel offers a Money Back Guarantee if you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of receiving your product. Customers need to send the full product back to our address at the customer’s cost.
Life Cykel will give a full refund on the price of any product purchased when the product is returned to us within 14 days of purchase, this excludes shipping costs, customs, duties and taxes. Life Cykel do this in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards can't be refunded.
To complete your return, Life Cykel require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If Life Cykel are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, Life Cykel will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased and payment will be made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Life Cykel.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Life Cykel error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, Life Cykel will send you an email to notify you that Life Cykel have received your returned item. Life Cykel will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, Life Cykel will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Life Cykel don’t guarantee that Life Cykel will receive your returned item.
