Kooniez are based in Los Angeles and everything ships directly from Kooniez office.
How will KOONIEZ be shipped?
Kooniez use multiple carriers for fulfillment including (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Unfortunately,Kooniez’re not able to control the shipping carrier used in any one shipment.
Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact Kooniez within 5 days to file a claim.
Kooniez will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete depending on the shipping carrier used.
Kooniez does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. Kooniez do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping
While Kooniez will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Kooniez reserves the right to require customers to use a "common" shipping and billing address in the event Kooniez are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Kooniez reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

Kooniez Return Policy
RETURN POLICY
Kooniez Easy Returns & Exchanges
Kooniez has a 30-day Easy Returns window. If you are not satisfied with your order Kooniez offer refunds within 30 days from when your purchase was made. Kooniez will authorize a return for any item that is in as-new condition, unwashed, and with its original tags/shipping box.
Any orders purchased during Kooniez BOGO & 15% or higher sales events are part of a special promotion and are not eligible for a cash refund, however can be exchanged for an item of the same value or store credit within 30 days.
Any items purchased at 50% OFF or that mention THIS ITEM IS FINAL SALE, cannot be returned or exchanged.
You now have the option to select between two refund options. You can pick free return shipping for store credit OR a full refund to your original payment method (Buyer is responsible for return shipping). If you would like a pre-paid shipping label, Kooniez do deduct $15/piece from your refund.
Exchanges will always be completed free of charge. (All exchanges are final sale).

How long does it take to get my refund?
Please allow 3 - 8 business days for us to receive your order. Heads up—it may take up to 10 business days for us to process your return. Once your items have undergone (and passed!) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email. After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account. Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.
Can I add, modify, or cancel my order?
Because we want to get your pieces to you ASAP, we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been submitted. If it’s not everything you dreamed or just not the perfect fit, no problem! Simply email us at happiness@kooniez.com
