RETURN POLICY

Kooniez Easy Returns & Exchanges

Kooniez has a 30-day Easy Returns window. If you are not satisfied with your order Kooniez offer refunds within 30 days from when your purchase was made. Kooniez will authorize a return for any item that is in as-new condition, unwashed, and with its original tags/shipping box. 

Any orders purchased during Kooniez BOGO & 15% or higher sales events are part of a special promotion and are not eligible for a cash refund, however can be exchanged for an item of the same value or store credit within 30 days.

Any items purchased at 50% OFF or that mention THIS ITEM IS FINAL SALE, cannot be returned or exchanged.

You now have the option to select between two refund options. You can pick free return shipping for store credit OR a full refund to your original payment method (Buyer is responsible for return shipping). If you would like a pre-paid shipping label, Kooniez do deduct $15/piece from your refund.

Exchanges will always be completed free of charge. (All exchanges are final sale).
