Delivery Times

Multiple Shipments
In order to bring you some of the lowest prices available for the best quality; HappyHaves work directly with many artisans around the world. This means, occasionally, if you order multiple products from HappyHaves, they may come in separate packages at different times within the delivery period.
Oil Products
Because HappyHaves only want to deliver the best quality of our products and to keep everything at its best for you, oils that are going to be shipped outside the US will be shipped separately from the main order. Due to strict restrictions when shipping liquid products internationally, they cannot use the same shipping method as the non-oil based products. This means, they tend to show up a little later. All oil products will be packed securely as all other products.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact HappyHaves within 24 hours, so HappyHaves can refund you immediately. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, unfortunately. However, you can return the item if they are not for sale for a refund once it has arrived. Missing Packages
Fortunately, at this moment HappyHaves only experienced two from the thousands of orders that a package was missing. If a tracking number shows the item(s) were successfully delivered to the address the customer provided, and you have not received anything, please contact HappyHaves. HappyHaves also recommend customers contact their local courier to inquire where it was delivered or try to reschedule another delivery attempt.
No replacements or refunds will be issued on items that show as successfully delivered. Please understand that HappyHaves is not liable for incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers. So please fill in the correct information when you check-out.
If you believe your package may have been stolen you may file a claim with your local courier. If you need help with a lost package HappyHaves will do HappyHaves best to help you.
No Shipping Information Available At Checkout
Occasionally, you may receive this error when checking out. While we try to avoid shipping costs for you (when you spend over a certain amount) it is possible that you have added too many items to your cart and this is why you are receiving this error.
Please remove the selected items, place them back in your cart and try again. If there is anything HappyHaves can do to help you with checking-out just contact HappyHaves, and HappyHaves will do everything to make you happy again.
Extra tax costs may apply

Return Policy
Return your item(s)
HappyHaves accept returns for up to 30 days. Please notice that our warehouse for returns are located in California or in The Netherlands (Europe). Send us a message to support@happyhaves.com if you'd like to set up a return with HappyHaves, and HappyHaves will send you the return form. Make sure you include your name/email used in the order or the order number, so HappyHaves can If there was a mistake made on HappyHaves end (wrong colour, wrong model, etc...) or the product is malfunctioning, HappyHaves will correct this at no extra cost to you.
For any other reason, you will be required to send the product back and cover the shipping fees associated with that.
Once HappyHaves receive the package, please allow several business days for us to process the return & issue you a refund.
HappyHaves'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once HappyHaves've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
To keep HappyHaves prices for our products as low as possible HappyHaves unfortunately can't pay for your return shipment (HappyHaves already made our shipping costs free when you order our products). For return you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For International orders, Happyhaves is not responsible for any duties or fees that may occur. Please keep this is mind if you return your product.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items or broken items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. HappyHaves cannot accept returns on opened/used oil packages or items which are broken or used.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you've received the refund notification from HappyHaves, please be aware that non-PayPal orders may take 5 business days before your bank processes the refund on your end.

Cancellations/Changes To Order
If you would like to cancel/make a change to your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel/change has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. However, you can return the item for a refund once it has arrived.

Notice for the Happyhaves moon: with time, discoloration or physical changes to the moon can occur, depending on several factors like for example (but not excluded to) usage frequency, essential oil quality, water density, etc. Therefore, these physical changes not affecting its diffuser or light function are not covered by our return/warranty policy.
