To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

PRE ORDER INFORMATION
When ordering pre-ordered items, orders are dispatched slightly later than usual as they can only be sent out once our shipment of orders has arrived in full to the warehouse.

DOES PRE ORDER AFFECT RETURNS?
You are still able to return your pre-ordered items, as long as they are unused and in the same condition that you received it.
