Cotton Babies Refund policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

An RMA number is required for all returns. 

 You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. 

Purchase must have been made through a Cotton Babies website to be eligible for return or exchange.

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging). Proof of purchase for all items returned is required. Packages must be returned complete, including free items.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds. Shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges may be made without incurring a restocking fee as long as no refund is necessary. 

Cotton Babies manufactured cloth diapers must have sewn-in tracking label as originally attached in order to be eligible for a return or exchange claim. This tag is located below the brand label.

Damages and issues
Inspect everything in your order upon arrival and contact us right away if items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Claims must be accompanied by a photo of the packaging, the pick list, and the product as it arrived to you within 7 days of receipt. Past that date, no claims of damaged or missing items will be processed.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Sale merchandise, second-quality merchandise, used merchandise, gift cards, consumable goods, custom products, and personal care items (such as swimwear, beauty products, and menstrual items).  

Refunds 
Once the return is received, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. The original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

All return/exchange requests must include the following information

An RMA number is required for all returns or exchanges. This number must be written on the outside of the package (click here to get your number).
Check the status of the return online by clicking here and entering the RMA number and your zip code. Cotton Babies will update the status of your return in the system when Cotton Babies receive the package and again when it is processed.
Packages received with an RMA number will not be processed. 
Include the following information with your return: name, current mailing address, products included in your package, the reason for the request, a copy of relevant communication, what you would like us to do, and proof of purchase for all returned items.
Cotton Babies Returns Address is available after you have completed the request for an RMA number.
Ensure that return is shipped with a tracking number and retain that tracking number for your records. Cotton Babies is not liable for packages lost by the carrier.
