Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.

Orbital Structures PTY LTD aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

5.1. Domestic and International

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.

International orders are sent with Australia Post. This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. Orbital Structures PTY LTD is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order. We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order (package) into your country. We do not benefit in anyway from these chargers and we work very closely with our brokers and carriers to ensure as few delays as possible. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

Damages

Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Orbital Structures PTY LTD politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at hello@cmycubes or contact Australia Post [https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/find-a-missing-item] to report missing or lost packages.

If unsuccessful delivery attempts occur or if your package is not collected from the deposit after unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be shipped back to us. If you wish for us to resend it to you, we will charge the standard shipping fee of $10 again. If this happens and you'd like to return your order, you will have to wait for us to receive the package before we issue any refunds.

If your parcel hasn't been delivered after the estimated time of arrival, please let us know and we will file a claim at the post office so they can try to locate it. Sometimes, the post office can take up to 2 months to solve the claim and give us a resolution.
This means that we can not issue any refunds or resend any orders before having a final resolution where the parcel is located and/or has been shipped back to us.

Beautiful colors! I purchased the whole mini cubes set (CMY+K) and I can't be more satisfied because they have the perfect size and functionality for educational purposes. Now I can teach my friends what basic color theory means. On the other hand, it's added lovely bags to save them from the dust and scratches. Very thoughtful. I also purchased four bases to expose them and a small cloth for cleaning the cubes. They look gorgeous when exposed.

On several occasions over the last 2 yrs I have added to my CMY collection.

I also own the five ALMOST Regular Solids you sell, which, you do not market as Regular, but I assumed, incorrectly as it turns out, they were. In both the 8-sided and 12-sided pieces, the facets are NOT of equal size and shape. Additionally, I have asked you to provide CLEAR, or Black-Tinted Regular Solids, and you have done so regarding the Cube. I would buy the other four immediately if they came in Clear and/or Black-Tint. I did say, IMMEDIATELY.
