Returns and Exchanges
Bubble And Bee are happy to exchange your products or give you a refund of the purchase price of any unopened item (not including shipping). Once Bubble And Bee have received it, Bubble And Bee will issue you a refund or store credit for the purchase price of the item. Bubble And Bee cannot return opened or used items, as Bubble And Bee cannot resell them.
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange unless the product has been found to be defective. (Melted product does not constitute defect.)
