Blind Barrels Refund policy

CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION DOES NOT CANCEL AN ORDER

Subscription renewals are every 3 months or every year. There is a notification sent to your email 3 days before the renewal. If someone cancels a subscription, this does not mean that the order for that quarter or year has been canceled. You must email support@blindbarrels.com to have the order refunded/cancelled. 

Because subscription renewals are prepayments for a future box, canceling a subscription after this order has been generated will only cancel all future orders beyond that order.

The following applies to subscription boxes

Blind Barrels will refund an order if the request is made within 3 days of the order.

Quarterly shipments for each subscription or tasting box orders are sent out between the 15th and 22nd of the months of March, June, September, and December. If a box is not received within a month of the above shipment dates, contact support@blindbarrels.com.

Delivery of subscription boxes will be attempted 3 times, including on a weekend. Alcohol deliveries require signatures. If a subscription box is not delivered due to a subscriber not being present, the box is sent back to Blind Barrels. In the event this takes place, contact support@blindbarrels.com

My package was stolen

Unfortunately, Blind Barrels are not responsible for stolen packages. It's important that you utilize the tracking sent to your email. Most carriers will take a picture of the item delivered, so that you are aware of it's location upon delivery.

The following applies to full bottle purchases

If Blind Barrels don't deliver your goods within two months from when the order was placed, Blind Barrels will refund your payment in full. This does not apply to pre-orders and unique releases.

You can cancel an order for a full refund within three days of purchase, provided it hasn't shipped. Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, Blind Barrels do not accept returns due to a change of heart or taste.

Non-refundable purchases: personalized items (e.g., engraved), all presales, special releases, and items of seasonal relevance unless stated otherwise.

Where can you ship?

At the moment. our fulfillment partners can ship to 44 states. We cannot ship to the following states: AK, KY, HI, MA, NH, TN An adult signature is required with each shipment, so business addresses are preferred.

What if nobody is present to sign for the shipment?

Blind Barrels carriers will make 3 attempts to deliver and receive an adult signature. If these attempts fail, the shipment will be at a delivery center for pick-up. If a subscriber does not pick up the shipment, they will lose it. When a shipment goes out, tracking is sent to each subscriber, so they can anticipate it's arrival date.

Where do you ship from and how long will it take to arrive?

Blind Barrels shipments come from different fulfillment partners and take anywhere from 1 to 7 days to arrive. If there is an unusual delay in the shipments arrival, please contact support@blindbarrels.com. All bottle purchases usually take 3 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on availability of spirits.

Is shipping included in the subscription?

Each membership has an additional flat rate shipping cost on all tasting boxes. A quarterly subscription has a flat rate of $15 per shipment. An annual subscription is $50, which prepays for 4 quarterly shipments ($12.50 per shipment). Bottle purchases have shipping discounts that depend on the volume of bottles. 1 bottle is $15. 2 bottles is $25. Additional bottle orders after the first 2 bottles is an additional $5 for each bottle.
