ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR PACK PURCHASES:
All Credit Packs expire 12 months and all Custom Packs expire 3 months after purchase date and cannot be used nor refunded after this period expires.
Billo’s refund policy applies to pack purchases.
In case of a refund, Billo.app will refund the monetary amount of the remainder of the purchased pack but not the value provided. A 25% administration fee will be deducted.
No reimbursement can be made in case you submitted your task before Pack Purchase and decided you wanted to apply your Pack code afterwards.

Getting a video here is EASY, no matter whether you need 20 videos or just one. The process is fast, easy, and straightforward. I think this is a great place for UGC Creators to get started. User friendly and their support team is always very kind and helpful. Ad campaigns are updated almost every day and I've enjoyed earning money by filming videos for products im interested in.
In the future I would love to see this app roll out their own in app editor software to make the process more streamline, in addition to making this app accessible on desktop too so I could edit and upload from my laptop. Overall, I think this is a great platform.

Honestly, if you're not using billo in your business you're missing out. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say most businesses don't have someone who can, will or wants to get on camera and the people you find here are THE camera people you need for your business.
