Desiauthentic will deliver to all and any postal address within India, USA, UK,  Canada, Germany, Australia, Singapore, Dubai, etc. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code/zip code

Please note that residential shipments to the USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents are USPS / DHL / FEDEX / UPS / SpeedPost.

Typically all deliveries are made from Monday thru Friday in most cities as they follow a 5-day work culture. Some times we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also but on some extra cost and case by case basis.

Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays.

If you ordered two or more items, DesiAuthentic will try our best to package them and deliver to you in a single delivery. But, sometimes you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Because, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

All our products are made and shipped from India.

DesiAuthentic ship all the orders within a week of order confirmation (except Saturdays, Sundays & holidays). Handcrafted products like Jaipur Handicrafts, Kondapalli Toys, Handlooms, Jewellery shall take 10-15 for shipping.

All orders shall get delivered in 5-7 days timeline depending on the logistics once shipped from India.

Customs duties and taxes

Orders maybe subject to customs duties and other additional fees levied by the destination country. All such import taxes, custom duties and any additional fees which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country must be borne by the recipient/customer. Desiauthentic has no control over these charges nor would maintain any record of such charges which vary from country to country.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery timeline.
